Join me for this special opportunity to practice in the style of Jonny Kest. And, don't be fooled by its name...this two hour class is CHALLENGING! Moving slowly with mindful awareness, we heat the body from the inside out. The vinyasa will be designed to open and release stuck energies and to assist you in finding a deep inner connection to the self. Finally, in savasana, a guided meditation called 'yoga nidra' will take you into a conscious deep yogic sleep known to restore the body and purify the deepest aspects of the mind. Allow me to guide you on this journey towards freedom and peace.
