In our hurried lives, we enjoy a brief respite during Savasana but rarely do we rest deeply. Give yourself the gift of an extended period to invite your body to slow down and simmer in the support of restorative yoga. A snack will be provided and a theme will be offered for meditation during this five-hour workshop. Please bring a journal for reflection.
