Join Greg Schumacher, E-RYT 500 for a 75 minute iRest practice suitable for everyone.

Based on the ancient teachings of Yoga Nidra, iRest is an evidence-based transformative practice of restful meditation in a savasana posture that leads to psychological, physical, and spiritual healing and well-being.
