Kundalini Yoga Classes

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient technology and science of the mind, body and spirit.

Described by Yogi Bhajan as the “Yoga of Awareness”, it is a comprehensive system that combines meditation, mantra, physical exercises, and breathing techniques. It is a Raj Yoga, encompassing the eight limbs of yoga into a singular practice of excellence.

‘Kundalini‘ refers to the flow of consciousness and energy that exists within each of us. This energy lies dormant at the base of the spine. Awakening this energy through various practices, such as asana and meditation, ignites the creative potential of the individual and supports one in living a healthy, vibrant and impactful life.

You’ll find the practices less athletic but significantly more potent in their ability to calm your mind, relieve your stress, improve your ability to hold your center and open your heart for compassionate living.

This yoga is for everyone, regardless of prior yoga experience or background; it is universal and accessible to all.

Vinyasa Yoga

Tracy teaches Vinyasa Yoga and Power Vinyasa Yoga Classes at Yoga Bliss in Fairlawn OH. Power Vinyasa and Vinyasa Yoga Classes are athletic in nature with an emphasis on breath to body movements. Classes are held in a heated room.

For Children:

Tracy is certified by Rainbow Kids Yoga to teach yoga to folks of all ages in individual and group settings. And with 23 years of teaching experience in public schools, she is able to expertly guide kids through fun and playful yogic experiences. Presented around a theme, these classes creatively blend yoga poses, breath work, group/partner play, and movement games and songs that lead to a quiet mind and relaxed body. 

For Adults:

Allow Tracy to customize a yogic experience that meets your needs! From beginners to advanced yoga practitioners, Tracy enjoys working with yogis of all experience levels. Request an event at the studio or contact her directly for private, group or corporate yoga sessions.
