‘Kundalini‘ refers to the flow of consciousness and energy that exists within each of us. Awakening this energy ignites the creative potential of the individual and supports one in living a healthy, vibrant and impactful life.

You’ll find the practices less athletic but significantly more impactful in their ability to stimulate your endocrine system, organize your nervous system, improve your breath patterns, boost your immune system, calm your mind, relieve you of anxiety and depression, improve your ability to hold your center and open your heart for compassionate living.

Vinyasa Yoga

Tracy teaches Vinyasa Yoga and Power Vinyasa Yoga Classes at Yoga Bliss in Fairlawn OH. Power Vinyasa and Vinyasa Yoga Classes are athletic in nature with an emphasis on breath to body movements. Classes are held in a heated room.

PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS

For Children:

Tracy is certified by Rainbow Kids Yoga to teach yoga to folks of all ages in individual and group settings. And with 23 years of teaching experience in public schools, she is able to expertly guide kids through fun and playful yogic experiences. Presented around a theme, these classes creatively blend yoga poses, breath work, group/partner play, and movement games and songs that lead to a quiet mind and relaxed body. 

For Adults:

Allow Tracy to customize a yogic experience that meets your needs! From beginners to advanced yoga practitioners, Tracy enjoys working with yogis of all experience levels. Request an event at the studio or contact her directly for private, group or corporate yoga sessions.

Session Pricing (travel fees may apply): 

  • $125 - 60 minute session

  • $160 - 90 minute session

  • $200 - 120 minute session
